He has helped to develop youth ministries in urban, suburban and rural churches, and he has worked with various youth organizations including AWANA Clubs, Boys Brigade, Word of Life and Youth for Christ. He earned his Doctor of Biblical Studies in Christian Education and Youth Ministries from India Theological Seminary.
